The Process
Our mission is to help you tell your story through design.
We understand you have a budget that must be respected scrupulously. We value-engineer, but without appearing to compromise on quality. We know where to save and where to spend.
Every project we deliver follows a synergetic, four-stage process. It is a way of working we have honed to bring transparency and ease to every stage of a project and every collaboration within it.

1.
How we explore and shape your vision
Brief & Concept Creation
We begin with a conversation with you, our prospective client. It is a chance to get to know you, unearth visions and form a bond for the collaboration to follow. This is an investment on our part and requires no commitment from the client.
Once service agreements outlining all relevant timelines and deliverables are in place, we go deeper to understand our client’s brief, vision and the space to be transformed. Throughout this stage, we clarify budgets and interior design deadlines, including those relating to additional specialist services.
Finally, we present our recommended design direction. It includes a general arrangement plan, scope allocation, sketches, initial key schematics, and samples.

2.
How we define your vision
Detail Design
By the start of this stage, we will have agreed an overall strategy that can be adjusted but not substantially changed. We now develop the approved concept to express fully its design intention so that we can reach the point of final sign-off and begin the transformation.
We bring the concept to life through mood images, rendered drawings and sketches. And we plot each practical component on schematics and technical documentation.
We select, specify and source pieces, including vintage. When we cannot find what we are looking for, we design bespoke items. The results are presented alongside material samples and style images for your approval. Through our global relationships, we secure trade prices on furniture, fittings, decorative finishes, accessories, and artworks, subject to a procurement fee.

3.
How we substantiate your vision
Technical Design
By now, the design has been fully established. No further changes can be made and, with approvals in place, we prepare coordinated drawings, schedules, demolition plans and all new details for the build. This allows consultants to complete their tenders and submit construction and specification documents.
We provide final material selections, fitting and fixture specifications, custom joinery details and a general setting-out for costing purposes. On tender returns, we fine tune the project, value-engineering to meet budget expectations. If requested, we can also generate final, photo-realistic images. The furnishing (FF&E) concept is meticulously translated into an itemised estimate, ready for client sign-off before orders are placed.

How we implement your vision
Realisation
Once the main contractor is appointed, we provide site design coordination support. This protects the integrity of the approved design. We also manage FF&E procurement with the logistics and installation team to ensure all is programmed effectively within the project timeline.
Throughout the works, at critical points, we continue to be present, making on-site visits and joining project manager and sub-contractor meetings. Our role at this stage is to contribute to the quality of the finished design.
Our turnkey service includes artwork acquisition, signage, accessories and the curating of every last detail to complement your creation.
